Twitter/Fb apps questions (Socialscope!!!!)

Asking for myself and my wife who is new to Android and the Droid X specifically.. Has anyone been able to isolate the Socialscope .apk download file and made it work on Android??? I would pay via Paypal for a working version...

Is there a Twitter app that has the following 2 features?:

Predictively propagates user names (like übertwitter does) as you type them.
Also supports more than 2 Twitter accounts.
