trying to restore tb files

Ive been trying to restore some back up files for an app since last night and can't get the app restored. It keeps telling me that i need to free up space. Only problem is i have 4 gigs free. Tried installing app+data, tried just the app and nothing.

APP storage is different from space on your internal or external SD card.

Press the menu button and go to Settings>Apps>ALL

On the bottom of the screen you should have Application Storage Used and Free. What is your free?

A little over 2 gigs

What APP are you trying to restore, and what process are you doing to restore it.

Did you uninstall the APP, then re-install it, then open TiBu and find the APP click on it and hit restore? Then you are choosing APP+Data?
