Trying to overclock my Droid...

OK I just rooted using JRummy's Remix v0.6 - CyanMod 5.0.6.1 and I'm trying to overclock using Bekit's 5 slot 1.0GHz 0.8.0 and I have no idea what to do. Do I just download the file and put it on the SD card or do I have to do the same process as with rooting? I'm using SPRecovery if it matters. Thanks!

If you used RM Bekeits kernels are in there. I am still searching for an answer about installation. I have not installed their kernal and do not want to speculate.
