trying to go back to stock because ihave to return phone but its all messed up...HELP

ok so i had bugless 0.4 i went to rom manager and did wipe date and cache and downloaded stock 2.1

when i tried to install it though it gave me errors and said wasnt found
now im back on 0.4 but when i try to do anything in rom manager it says
error occurred while attempting to run privleged commands

so now i cant go into recovery, flash it or anything

can someone just tell me easiest way to get to stock from here?

thanks man, im doing it now, now when i go get my new phone whats the easiest way to root it again? i rooted like 4 months ago when it was an annoying process

is anything easier now?
