trouble using navigation

When I am at a website I usually click on their address and it opens google maps to show where they are located but many times it can't find the address in google maps but when I start navigation and type in the exact same address manually it finds it no problem. I like clicking on the address in the website because it would save me the trouble of entering it by hand but it does not always work.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong or why this happens?

I don't know about that but did you know you don't have to type in the address? Just press your search button, microphone, and say "navigate to (enter address)" and it will work just fine for you.
