Downloaded a logo.entitled "downloadable image".

Went to File Manger and looked under Category-Recent-Local. Couldn't find it.

Iwonder where its hiding?

TThanks for any ideas.

Where is your default download location, SD card or phone storage? Do you have a "downloads" folder?

I don't have my Z anymore and I forget how to check. Try opening the SD card and poke around there. When I open mine there is a folder called downloads right near the top. Chances are your file manager is opening your phone storage not your SD card.

I have never figured out how to make downloaded files save to the Downloads folder on my SD Card, they always save to the Downloads folder on Internal memory. In the File Manager app, did you try manually navigating to the Internal > Downloads folder? Also, have you looked in the Photos app (or other Gallery app if you use something other than Photos)?

File Manger pops up after downloading , informing me I've downloaded a photo or logo like a jpg or png and I can open or with a photo app. I just can't ask where it's located, like asking what's the containing folder.

But, when I go to File Manager II can't search and find anything under Recent, Local, Internal, or External, Downloads, etc. It's literally insane, or I am.

I'm gonna quit looking and may run across the answer by accident.

Thanks for everyone's help. IF I find the answer, I'll report back.

Most of the downloaded images are saved with the desired location of the download saved option and you can find out the saved from the downloaded option. But, sometimes, its unable to find the downloaded images, in those case, you may search with Netgear Support to find the exact location of the downloaded files.

Netgear Support? What does that have to do with finding files on a phone?
