Trash to Inbox?

I accidentally deleted an email with attachments for a POP3 account. The deleted email is still in my Trash folder. How the heck do I move it back to the Inbox folder? This is driving me nuts!

Select it and forward it back to the same email address?

All of my accounts are IMAP, so this might be different. When viewing the message in the Trash folder, select the check box on the left and then the Move To option on the bottom of the screen (looks like two folders together). Then you should see all available folders and move it back to your Inbox (or wherever you want that message).

Another option is open the message from the Trash folder. Select Menu (there dots) and then the Move option. Hope one of those two options works for you.
