Transfer from SDCard to file

I'm a newbie and hope I'm in the right forum. I have two mp3 ringtone files that i moved from my computer to my DroidX SDCard. I'd like to move those files to the ringtones folder but I can't figure out how. Can someone help??

do you have astro file manager or root explorer installed?
if so can use these to move the files.
