Tranquility ROM for D2

Can someone post a review and or links to the Tranquility D2 ROM if that is allowed? I hear good things about that ROM but don't see much about it on the forum..

You can also download the Team Black Hat app from the market - you can get the latest Tranquility rom for the droid 2. It is something like 2.5.3 rc.
