Wondering if there was an app where someone can see where I am if I enable the GPS on my X? Thanks!

Quite a few actually. No one should be able to without you knowing/allowing them to though (aside from the police).

Just enable the Latitude layer within Google Maps, and share with the people you want. Works well, and nothing additional to add.
