Honestly though. Beautiful Widgets is a a great app. Redboxer if you use Redbox. Tapatalk of course. I like launcher pro but adw is great too. The main question is what you want your phone to do. These are pretty generalized apps tells us what you want from your phone and I'm sure we could help more.
