Ive seen loads of threads in my short days here about the best apps for non rooted phones and thus Im curious.

What are some of your favorite apps for a rooted phone?

I take that back, TB is replacing RE, thanks! Haha. I couldn't think of all the root required apps I had on my phone and didn't want to look. Completely forgot about that one. I use RootTools to block ads, AdFree doesn't seem to work for me sometimes, plus has a lot of other options.

If I've never heard of Root Tools, I'll check that out right now.

It's useful. It's like 99 cents, but you can block ads, change boot animations and what not. I changed my boot animation once though it was f'd up, and another time I got stuck in a bootloop, but I mainly just use it for blocking ads and for booting into recovery and what not because MIUI doesn't have that as a default option, or didn't at the time. I'm not on it right now. I haven't messed with any of the other options it has, and he did a complete re-write of the app not too long ago but I haven't tried anything else out still

It's a little too big for me. I just use other apps for all those things. Like bootanimations I use root explorer to just write over the original but right now I only have the original android bootanimation because I deleted the cricket one for more system space.. But thanks, I'll tell my dad about it

Yeah, it's really not worth it all that much. I just got it because AdFree wasn't doing the trick and it did. Other than that, it pretty much sits there haha. But in the fav's because I hate ads.
