So this probably is simple. I have loaded tons of roms but this part seams to be hit and miss I use handcent for my texting when I backup with tit I do a batch and backup all and when I load new rom and restore what things need to be restored for call history and mms history that's really the only things o care about I have gotten it a dew times but like I said not really sure what it was. Cause when I restore I go to batch and pic What I want not the whole batch.

I'd use either mybackup pro or sms backup. Both on the market. Most roms dont play well with reinstalling system apk data using TI. Usually you end up with FC's. Just depends on the ROM. I believe handcent is in the data/app folder, so it shouldn't matter what data you restore for that.
