- Place update.zip on the root of sdcard
- Reboot into recovery
- Install
- Allow update.zip installation
- Install /sdcard/update.zip (deprecated)

Nope, not until i learn to theme the incredible, just the DROiD for now

Yes, that is the way it is when you first install stock UD

For now only icons are changed. I have been trying to modify the PNG's to look like iOS, but its hard to do when you dont have anything with iOS on it LOL!
