The new google voice settings widget sometimes not working correctly

I don't know if this problem has been reported. Here is what happens:

I installed the google voice settings widget to the rooted Droid 1. Shortly after installation, I notice the toggle button for "Do Not Disturb" not working. It works sometimes, especially after I manually turn on/off through the web interface.

Please share your insight if solution is found for this problem.
