Cya BB Storm. I'll be in line at 6 a.m. tomorrow. One of the biggest apps I was missing was going to be Slacker. The timing of it releasing on Android just confirmed that I was making the right decision. Oh please let the Droid calm the Crackberry jitters...

Do you find Slacker to be better than Pandora as a whole?

Not in regards to the Android application, but just the services?

Yes. I got hooked on internet radio thanks to Pandora, but Slacker seems to learn my preferences for custom stations better and their web interface is more intuitive and suited to my needs than Pandora's. It seems like there are more options for customization with Slacker than Pandora.

This is probably an apples to oranges comparison, but Slacker sounded better streaming over a stereo bluetooth connection to my car stereo than Pandora did using their respective Blackberry apps. I doubt you can take anything from that as far as Android's concerned.

Okay then I will have to give both a try and my trip to PA this weekend.

I love that my radio supports A2DP and Pandora has been awesome streaming to my radio. Definitely will give Slacker a try this weekend as well and report back here.
