the green monster at incoming calls

please tell me how i can get rid of the green monster that comes up when i place a call. it is gone when i get incoming calls! i hate the green thing!

Hahaha if you mean the Droid mascot, you can always switch it with a picture for an ID. You know, like a caller ID.
