That Stupid Tab

How do I get rid of the stupid tab peeking out from the left side? Same question for the hand now appearing in the top status bar. What's up with that crap?

Hold the back arrow until it disappears. Part of the recent update for multi window.

The "hand" icon in the status bar is displayed when the NSA is working to defrag your phone files.:icon_eek:

I just turned accessibility on and back off again. Every reboot the hand would come back for a week or two, then it finally just stopped appearing. Not everyone had that problem with the new update. You can also turn off multi window with the toggles in the notification bar. It's on the far right.
