Note: For rooted ver. 2.0.1! Not tested on 2.1.

I have just finished my textured Notification Bar, textured, rolled Close Bar with textured shade, and semi transparent rolled Notification backgrounds.

Worked for a long time on these, so I hope you like'em. They are unlike any others I've seen so far for the Droid.

Oh..... and believe me, looks much better on the Droid than the pic dicates. :p

As always: Use at your own risk. However, I fully tested on my Droid running 2.0.1

Place on root dir. of sdcard and use adb to install.
Rename to "framework-res.apk" (Just remove .zip from the end)

Commands using adb:
adb shell
su
mount -o rw,remount /dev/block/mtdblock4 /system
busybox cp -R /sdcard/framework-res.apk /system/framework
reboot

Do not forget to "unmount" the sdcard after placing the file in the root dir. of the card.

Feedback welcome :motdroidvert:

Nice addition, if you could somehow turn this into a metamorph installable theme (yes I know its only the framework-res file, but that would be great!!!)

Thanks much.

I may try making a morph soon, but would like to gauge interest first. ;)

In the mean time I'm adding a slightly different version. Works well if you like darker (possibly stone/rock) type themes.

You can copy that framework-res into any metamorph theme on your phone and install it using the theme file through metamorph, if you want. Easiest way to do it.

And here is a more conventional one for those that may like it better.

Was trying to work on the close bar but just couldn't get exactly what I wanted. My skillz aren't up in Gimp yet... :icon_ devil:

Borrowed the close bar from teenfaces (hope you don't mind?) until I can craft my own. So credit goes to teen for the bottom bar (cept for my little mod to it).
