Syncing calendar and contacts

I have a Samsung Zfold 7 and an Acer laptop running Outlook on Windows 11. I’ve had Samsung Galaxy phones for years. Had a Zfold 3 before the 7. I use Samsung Calendar and Samsung Contacts, as they’re obviously convenient.
I’ve used AkrutoSync for years to sync my contacts and calendar. It was the only program I could find when I started with it, but it has always been very cludgy, but now it’s not working, and they haven’t been very helpful. And I’m not particularly tech savvy. Also, I have a comcast email address that I’ve used exclusively for years. Don’t know if that matters.

What do you folks use to sync contacts and calendars? Please understand when/if you answer that I'm not particularly tech savvy. So terminology that is probably obvious to you may well just be jargon to me. If you have a program that works well, or even if you have other contact and calendar app combinations that work well, I'm open to suggestions.

Welcome to the forum. Don't sync calendar but I have always used Google to sync my contacts.

Welcome to the forum, I don't have any windows PC but I sync all my contacts and calendar events across all my devices with Google account

Thx bkdodger. Can you give me more detail? how do you use your Google account to sync? Will it work with any email? I've found Comcast doesn't always "play well with others."

I have two Google email accounts which I use on my cell phones, I use Gmail app on phones for emails to sync across devices. My phone contacts are always saved though Google accounts so they also sync, I have a Mac so my emails app on Mac I add my Google accounts to receive emails on PC. I'm not familiar with Comcast though
