Swiftkey issues after Lollipop

So, my wifes S5 is being weird after her update. Only seems to be an issue with swiftkey but it is driving her crazy which makes my life a living HELL!!! (you guys know)

It will keep switching to arabic language for some reason then sometimes it will not let her into the numbers keyboard. Should I just dump it and reinstall?? Is this a known issue??

It's always a good idea to do a factory data reset after a major update like this. (don't forget to first backup your contacts, pictures, music, misc files etc)
Before you go that route, you could try going into the Swiftkey app and clearing your cache, reboot the phone and see if that helps.

I have tried that method with some success, I'd suggest that you find a good email or documentation of your writing to reprogram SK on reinstall.
