stuck on new rom

so i installed a different rom on my droid razr and i cant get out of the new rom to go back to the old one because for one the new rom is dumb and half the stuff on my phone isnt working like my phone plan because of it and also because i dont like it and just want the original rom back. i have tried to use droid utility to get back to the normal rom but it wont work either. really need the help and asap​
