stuck in bootloader!

So i just got my droid 2 yesterday. I placed a phone call and i couldnt end the call. It seemed like the droid froze. I turned off the power and when i tried to turn it back on the screen is black and reads:

bootloader v2.34
batter ok
ok to program
transfer mode:
usb

I'm thinking somehow i tripped the ****ing efuse. This is bull****. any others experiencing the same thing?

That's weird. Did you do a battery pull?

I recall members posting this message before. Unfortunately, I can not recall the solution no can I locate the threads that discussed this issue. I will continue to look.


When you pulled the battery did you leave it out for at least one minute? Was it sufficiently charged?

yes

yes, i did leave it out for over a minute... probably at least 2 or 3 and yes it was probably around 85% battery life when i had this issue.

so my battery died while i was away. i plugged it back into charge it and it booted right up. Why did it do this? Maybe i should get a new phone. thoughts?

I would watch the battery for a day or two. Depending on your usage, if it dies again I would go bake to VZW and ask for a new battery.

Stuck IN Bootloader Droid X

Trying to get Droid X back and healthy after manual install of Froyo on rooted 2.1update1 which forced phone to be stuck on M screen.

After going through RSD LIte 4.7 and trying to reflash, RSD LIte says phone PASSED. My screen will only go into bootloader mode. any help?
