Stuck at exclamation at boot

I just put on Cyanogen mod 7 on my Droid2 but now when I boot it up I get a constant boot logo of Cyanogen. When I try to put it into CWM recovery, all I get is the yellow exclamation with the android guy. Im not sure what else to do.. Im kind of stuck. Thanks

press both volume buttons to continue
select wipe data
them reboot

if no luck, it's SBF time

edit: what system version is on phone 2.3.3/4.5.608?
what version of cm7? and where did you find it? file name?
