Streaming music recorder for Android?

There are tons of apps out there that you can listen/stream music from, however, is there anything available where you can download / record those songs onto your phone? If folks are familiar with the Total Recorder for PC's (anything playing on your PC through your sound card - this software will record it). I'm looking for a Total Recorder like app for smartphones to record/download songs.

You can just record the voice with embedded app. Music anywhere is also good.

I use HiFiCorder. This is the easiest tool to record for professional musicians, college lectures, taking voice notes, sending voice messages.
You can loop your recordings and play along.
