Google Finance works really well.
I dont care much for its widgets though since they are all individual tickers and take up two shortcut slots. I would much prefer a scrolling widget.

Options Xpress has an app built for android. I have used this before on the iPhone and it works very well. You'll need an account, but you should be able to sign up for free on their website..
