Stock Notification Bar?

Well, I recently installed a theme on my Droid, and it changed the notification bar's background to black. Well, this being the case, I can no longer see the background/outlines of the 3G icon, and signal strength icon(s).

Does anyone have a method, or know the files I would need to edit in framework-res.apk to get the stock notification bar back?
