Stock Froyo

I currently have ultimate droid extreme v7 and want to go back to my stock ROM and get the current verizon 2.2 ROM. How the heck do you get it to stock? I've been messing with my phone for the last two days trying to figure this out on my own because it has to be simple. Help!! LOL

you have to unroot and go back to a stock kernel.
