still no 2.2

so i was holding out and not going with the manual update..well as of today 10/8/10..i still have not recieved 2.2 on my moto droid...whats the deal?

theres the FRG01B (first 2.2 update) then FRG22D manual update files in the Rescue Squad Files (see sig) you can manually apply (assuming youre on ESE81 (2.1))

download to root of sdcard, rename to update.zip, boot into stock recovery, and apply.

everytime i try and apply the update i get

verifying update package
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed
installation aborted
