Spot On Camera Galaxy S5

@chique_panda, if you don't mind resetting your device to factory defaults...then first step is to backup your data and perform an FDR on the device.

See my signature for a tutorial to backup! ;)
this is how it looks like

Welcome to the forum!
How long have you had your S5? If a factory reset doesn't help you may need to contact your carrier about getting a replacement. Apparently there was a bad batch of S5s that had camera issues when the device first came out, so you may have received one of those. They should replace it for you no charge, depending how long you've had they phone. If you've had the phone for a few months it may be a bit more difficult through your carrier, so you may need to contact Samsung for a warranty replacement.
