SplashID driver needed for Droid

I purchased the SplashID for the Droid and then downloaded the trial version for the PC. When installing the trial download it called for syncing the Droid with the PC. Attempting the sync I received a notification that a driver was needed for the Motorola A855.

The computer searched for one but no luck. The PC is on the Vista operating system.

Any fixes for this problem?

I still have not found a solution. Has anyone else installed SplashdataID on their Droid and the trial version on their PC with Vista OS?

droid page has drivers, did you try them?

I tried Motorola.com....no luck. I now have a request to Splashdata Technical support.
