Speed up the camera?

Other than paying for a program, like Vignette, is there any way to speed up the camera?

In what way? Taking photos or opening up the app? I don't think its too bad for a little phone camera. I am a photographer tho, so I know never to expect much from a point and shoot...

No the 2 second delay. With Vignette you can take pic after pic. Well till the app crashes

i think you can set the shutter on their. your talking about the review time right? i know on my wifes DX its at 2 seconds.

Cool, but i have a bad feeling without a hack/app... I am stuck.

I suppose if I could find the right file I could alter the wait to something like .01

Just installed the FREE Vignette and it is fast. Love being able to just tap or press the screen to take the pic.

Yes, I would like a review of ZERO

The Droid X's camera allows you to set the review to Never, or something like that. Check camera settings.

The forthcoming OTA will make the camera software faster, easier to use, and include more features. I'm hoping the picture quality gets better too.

I know what you mean, somehow the setting is in a weird place on the list of options.

I'm really hoping the update makes the picture quality a lot better. I think it will.
