Speakerphone calls

How do you make and receive calls on speakerphone(in car)??

Dial the number and hit the green phone icon to start the call. In the bottom right-hand corner, there's an on-screen icon that says "speaker". Hit that and you're good to go! Same with incoming calls as well...

Oh wait! Are you asking to make speakerphone calls through your car stereo? Then you need a AUX jack to go from the Droid to your car system (provided you have an AUX feature in your car to play iPods).

No..just using speakerphone..
Also..Is there a way to leave speaker phone on (like a reg cell phone can do)?

I haven't found a way to do that as a setting. I just looked on my Droid to see if there was any such setting...couldn't find one, but you might want to look in the Market and see if there was a widget created for it.
