speaker sucks

Me and my room mate both have an eris, we both play pandora damn near all day. with my volume all the way up I cant hear my phone over, well lets say the shower, or really anything, with his volume all the way up I can hear his phone in the other room when im in the shower.

any apps i can get for increased volume or do you think its a fluke on the phone?

lol bring it in to verizon and make them test it cause either they tell you it works or it doesnt and you get a new one

you could even get a pc with a mic and compare the decibel levels you see from each

Plug powered speakers into the standard headphone jack. I can't understand anyone seriously trying to listen to music on any phone's speaker.

yea, dont use the phone speaker... plug it into somehting else. They arn't meant to be loud IMO
