Soft keys always on

I just rooted my bionic and now I am running the newest gummy ROM. Loving it, I love ICS, it's all around awesome, but the capacitive touch or soft keys at the bottom are always illuminated right now. how do I get this to change so when the screen is off, so are they?

This is an issue in ICS roms. The question has been asked and answered thousands of times if you look. Toggle auto brightness on and off and the lights will turn off with screen off.
