Social Network and Facebook

I know the social network app runs facebook but is it better to have just the social network app run facebook or is it better to have the fb app and social network running at he same time? Or is it ok to just run the facebook app with sn? Whats the difference in the two?

Sounds like a matter of opinion. I prefer neither app... but I am not you, so it really doesn't matter what I think. Use what makes the most sense to you.
