so you mounted the phone to your PC and nothing pops up? that means you need to change the drive letter to something else as its already used on your computer

- right click My Computer
- click Manage
- click on Disk Management
- right click on the removable storage icon that youll see when the phone is mounted
- select 'change drive letter and paths'
- pick a different drive letter
- enjoy

glad it helped some people. it was driving me crazy whenever i plugged in flash drive and i couldnt open it. even happened with my *cough* ipod

usually happens to me on my work computer since i have so many shared server drives on my computer

Thats what happened to me and have been fighting with it for weeks. It was driving me crazy...downloaded drivers... moto connect and everything else available and still didnt work. Saw this and went:yr1: I bet there is over 30 threads i looked at to try and figure out why i couldnt mount
