I didn't use it in GB but think it is already in the ROM. I'm using it ICS and it was definitely include in the ROM.

I seem to remember when I first heard about smart actions that it wasn't able to be ported back to GB without significant modifications.

Give Phone Weaver a try. I find it is much more fleixble than Smart Actions. Also if you add the Call Weaver option, it will filter calls for you too. Very nice app.

Setting Profiles is another alternative. I've been using it for a few years & it works better/faster than Smart Actions, IMO.
