Slate Theme?

Anyone know of any way to get the slate theme in the new Sense UI onto my phone? I really like how it looks and how it makes the different widgets appear. I'm new to rooting

its possible...can you post the apk for the theme and ill take a look at it. I am not a themer, but i have been working with code and new sense all day, so i may help
