Shortcuts disappearing from home Page in ICS

I tried to move a folder and it disappeared. I cannot add a shortcut to the empty space either. If I press on the blank space an accuweather Window pops up with the temperature. Help!!!

Rebooting restored my lost folders but I still have two 1x1 space that I am unable to place a shortcut in. If I try nothing happens. If I press on the empty area the weather thing pops up.

I have that issue on my bionic running eclipse 3.0 running the ice titanium theme. It happens if I move a lot of apps around and the only fix is to reboot the phone. The shortcuts that I tried to put in that space will show up in random folders on different pages.

I think it is problem with the launcher.
