New to ics. How do I add a direct dial to an empty spot? On gb you just pushed on an empty spot and was given the option.

Open the app drawers and scroll over to the widgets. You will find them listed in there. Long press on the widget and it will add it and should pop up the contact list for you to choose the right contact.
