set pause for phone number extension

how can i set this up so like on my blackberry it dialed the phone # and automatically paused and then dialed the extension like 10 seconds later?? i hate manually dialing extensions when calling people.. please help!!

Add a few commas between the number and the extension and save that as the contact number. I do that for my voicemail and it works fine. The number of commas dictates how long the pause it. So, xxx(phone#) ,,, xxx(extension). It works good for my voicemail. Good luck!

Each comma (pause) is about 2 seconds.

Another option is to add a semicolon after the number. A box will pop up and ask if you want to dial the extension
