Here it is....for FRF84B. Pulled it from 928Droid's theme...so thanks to him. rename to services.jar and push it into the system/framework.

Installed and worked, but killed my widgets on BB 0.4. Don't know if I did something wrong or what. Score Mobile and Beautiful Widgets disappeared after reboot.

Can you not readd them? Or did the apps disappear?
