How do I send video? Says too big of file or while its sending says unsupported file?

I know through email but want to send through go sms? They are like 3/5 sec vids?

HD Video is very big. Usually too big for email. Consider Dropbox, Box or Google Drive. I use Dropbox. Upload to Dropbox. Then long press on the file in your Dropbox App. This will give options of how to send. I select Gmail. This sends a URL link only. The receiver will have the option to download now or later on wifi. This helps both parties monitor data usage. This also allows longer HD videos to be sent.
