Searching for Service AGAIN

Well today is the third day this month (not in a row) that I have woken up to no service. The last two there was no service all day, both were on a Sunday. Now today I'm told that it may be 72 hours until service is restored. Anyone know what is the norm for receiving credit from Verizon in this type of problem?
 
Well I would definitely call Verizon and ask them directly.

Different people might credit you differently, but I would ask for a supervisor.

72 hours without service is ridiculous -- there should be another tower you should be able to use. That makes no sense.

I'm in the mountains, southern Utah, one tower and that's it. Last Sunday they shut down several towers in southern Utah for maintenance or at least that's the excuse I was given.
