Half of my screen works on Voyager 3 why..?

If it's not working to touch, then the digitizer has failed. If it's not showing an image, then the LCD has failed.

take a flashlight to the part of the screen that is not working. if you can see content, then it is a bad backlight.

You can't simply replace an inverter like you would in an LCD. If the back light is out on a cellular device, you still have to replace the entire LCD.
