Screen brightness?

This is still driving me crazy. When the phone is charging, it'll dim. I dont' want it to dim, I want it at 100% brightness when in the car, charging, or whenever I'm using it.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep it bright when I'm using it so it doesn't dim very quickly?

Settings->Applications->Development, Choose option to stay awake and adjust brightness to your liking. just remember to change your brightness after you unplug or you will drain your battery

Edit: Settings->Sounds & Display->Brightness. Move slider all the way to 100%

Go into Settings, then Sounds and Display, scroll down to Brightness and turn OFF Auto-brightness.
