Hello everyone.

I've been a huge fan of technology and media for a long time, but I've refrained from purchasing a smart phone or convergent piece of tech due to the unnecessariness (is that a word?) of one in my life... until now.

With my LG VX8600 no longer able to charge, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my life to a smart phone and all the apps and fun associated with it. I've got an order placed for the Droid Incredible, and it should be arriving around the 5th of August, *fingers crossed*

I plan on spending a day or two researching the forums for ideas, conveniences, apps, potential troubles and useful hacks before jumping into many board discussions, but I'm looking forward to sharing opinions, questions, and answers with you all.
