Saving song from a text

I got a text from someone and I really like the song. So how do I save it as a ringtone?

Not too sure about that one. Never had someone text me a song. My best advice would be to download a third party MP3 download app and try to find/download the same song you are hearing. If you dont know the title/artist, try googling quotes and you might find it. Hope this helps. Maybe someone else would know how to do this through texting. Good luck.
