Samsung S25 Ultra Question

I just bought a brand new Samsung S25 Ultra that came with Android 15 and UI 7.0. Is that normal, I want Android 16 and UI 8.5 if that's possible. I bought the phone on Amazon. I check the phone daily hoping Samsung sends me the updates but it hasn't. Any help appreaciated guys! Thanks

Wow very weird, you might need to connect to PC with Smart Switch to update.
